All deliverables are digital files delivered by email or secure file transfer. Delivery timelines are confirmed in writing at project start and reflected in the service description at time of order.
One revision round covering errors within the original brief is included. Requests for substantive changes to the original brief are quoted separately.
Translated work is the property of the client upon full payment.
All project materials are treated as confidential. Translators sign NDAs on sensitive projects.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Loures, Portugal.
