A full refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and project work has not commenced. If need-translation is unable to complete the project as specified, a full refund is provided.
Once translation work has begun, refunds are not available. Work typically commences within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.
If delivered work contains errors within the original brief, we will correct at no charge within the included revision window. Persistent quality issues may be eligible for partial refund at our discretion.
